Calcite – Acidic Water Neutralizing

Excalibur Softening C800
Aldex C-800 (Excalibur Softening C800) is a high-capacity gel-type cation exchange resin in the sodium form, made in Canada without chlorinated solvents to minimize TOC leakage. Certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and 44, it delivers dependable hardness removal with long bead life and low operating costs—about 30,000 grains/cu.ft at 15 lb salt and 20,000 grains/cu.ft at 6 lb. Supplied as dark amber translucent beads in 1 cu.ft bags.

Aldex C-800F (Excalibur Softening C800F) is a fine-mesh cation exchange resin designed for high-efficiency softening. The smaller bead size increases surface area, delivering faster ion-exchange kinetics and more capacity per regeneration with similar salt use. Excalibur Zentec™ Infinity
Excalibur Zentec™ Infinity is an engineered multi-component resin blend that removes a broad spectrum of contaminants—including hardness, tannins, iron, manganese, and hydrogen sulphide—while also addressing difficult natural organics. A chelation component oxidizes dissolved metals and H₂S; the resulting nano-oxides are trapped and flushed during regeneration. All components regenerate with standard 10% brine, and each contributes active ion-exchange capacity, delivering a high-capacity, long-life, one-bed solution.

Zentec™ Hybrid Alusil MR1 is a heavy metal removal media engineered with a unique aluminosilicate base. Its pore structure (100–250 Angstrom) captures heavy metal ions, including lead, by drawing them into narrow channels and locking them irreversibly.
